01Who is the workshop for?+
Small business owners and solo operators who are non-technical and largely new to AI — people who learn by doing rather than watching. If you run the business and the admin is eating your week, you’re the audience.

03Do I need any technical experience?+
No. The workshop is built for people who have never written a line of code or set up an integration. Everything is done together, on your own laptop, in plain language.
04How long is it, and how many people?+
Three hours in one sitting, maximum eight seats. The cap is deliberate — everyone builds in parallel and gets individual attention.
05What do I need to bring?+
A laptop, your Google and Notion passwords, and one real task you want handled — a quote you keep rewriting, enquiries you’re slow to answer, a weekly report you dread.

07Which AI tools does it use?+
Everything is built around Claude. Rather than surveying a dozen tools shallowly, the session goes deep on one and connects it to the tools you already use every day.
08In person or remote?+
Both. Sessions run in person on the Gold Coast, or remotely for groups elsewhere. The format and the eight-seat cap are the same either way.
09I’ve tried ChatGPT before and it didn’t stick. Why is this different?+
Most AI tools fail because they know nothing about your business and aren’t connected to anything. The workshop spends its first half on exactly that — an interview that captures how your business actually runs, then live connections to your inbox, calendar and notes. You leave with something already working, not a blank chat box.
10What happens after the three hours?+
