CUSTOM AI AGENTS & APPS
Built around the way
your business works.
We design and build AI agents, automations and custom applications that connect to your systems, reduce manual work and help your team get more done.
What could we build for you?
Agents that get work moving
Handle enquiries, prepare draft quotes or support staff onboarding. Define what the agent can do, and where a person needs to approve.
Internal apps that fit your team
Replace spreadsheet workarounds and repetitive admin with a purpose-built tool for your workflow.
AI-powered customer products
Turn a product idea into a focused application, with AI features that solve a clear customer problem.
Systems that work together
Connect your existing tools so information can move between them without repeated copying and manual handovers.
From a business problem to a working tool
- Define the job. Identify the users, workflow, systems and a measurable outcome.
- Prove the approach. Agree a focused prototype or first release, including access, data handling and approval boundaries.
- Build and test. Develop the integration and application, then test it with your team against the agreed scope.
- Launch and hand over. Agree hosting, documentation, ownership and any ongoing support before launch.
SCOPED TO YOUR BUSINESSWe agree the scope, delivery stages and price before building. Hosting, AI usage and optional ongoing support are discussed separately, so you know what runs the solution and what it costs to maintain.
Do we need Ground Control?
No. We can build with your existing systems and knowledge sources. Where several agents need shared business knowledge and memory, Ground Control can be an optional supporting layer—not a prerequisite.
Not sure what to ask for? Tell us which task takes too long, which tools your team uses, and what a better result would look like. You do not need a technical specification.
SCALEBOUND / FIELD MANUALBRISBANE · WORKING WORLDWIDE
01 / WHO WE ARE
WHAT IS
SCALEBOUND?
We help businesses turn AI potential into a practical way of working.
Work out where AI is worth using. Give your people the skills and direction to use it well. Build agents and apps around your workflows. Connect your agents to the business knowledge they need.

02 / WHY WE EXIST
Good tools still need direction.
Buying AI is the easy part. Knowing what to do with it, who owns the decisions and how it fits your business is the harder work. Scalebound connects strategy, team capability and implementation so the plan can become part of everyday operations.
04 / THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK
Business judgement. Hands-on delivery.
Scalebound is led by Geoff Keir. Our approach brings strategy, team capability and practical implementation together, with clear ownership from the first conversation through delivery.

02 / GROUND CONTROL BY SCALEBOUNDPLATFORM + IMPLEMENTATION
Your agents. Your business knowledge. Connected.
A shared knowledge and memory layer for the agents you already use. Connect documents, workflows and approved decisions so your AI can reference how your business works.
Start with a scoped integration: agree the workflow, knowledge sources and agent connections. After setup, your team can self-manage or choose paid support. Platform access is by subscription, with implementation and support quoted separately.
Your data, policies and configuration remain yours. The platform is provided by subscription, not transferred as bespoke software.

Strategy and enablement. Always both.
Know what to build, what to skip and what it's worth. Give your people the skills, first agents and runbooks to run it without us. Your team keeps its knowledge, policies and runbooks. Ground Control adds ongoing platform access through a subscription.
Everything is scoped and quoted after discovery. Start with the problem: we will recommend the smallest useful engagement. Each offering works independently; choose the help your business needs.

GROUND CONTROL / HOW IT WORKS
SCOPED INTEGRATIONS
YOUR AGENTS.
ON THE SAME PAGE.
A shared knowledge and memory layer for the AI you already use.
Your business knowledge is spread across documents, systems and people’s heads. Your agents only see the pieces you give them.
Ground Control is designed to connect those pieces in a knowledge graph: a map of your business knowledge and how it relates. Your connected agents can reference that context and reuse approved decisions, without starting from scratch each time.
Not another agent to replace yours. A service your agents connect to, through agreed integrations.
YOUR BUSINESS
Documents, systems & people
Policies, processes, architecture, responsibilities and decisions.
→GROUND CONTROL
Connected knowledge & memory
Relationships, sources, owners and approved context.
↔YOUR AI ECOSYSTEM
Your agents & tools
Retrieve relevant context. Submit proposed memories for review.
Integration methods, access controls and supported read/write workflows are confirmed in your pilot. Connecting knowledge does not replace your systems or retrain your AI model.
WILL IT WORK WITH OUR TOOLS?
Bring your setup.
We’ll confirm the fit.
You don’t need to replace your AI ecosystem to start the conversation. Ground Control is delivered through a scoped integration: we assess the agents, sources and access requirements you want to connect.
01 / YOUR AIHow can your agents connect?
We check whether your chosen tools can request business context and, where needed, submit proposed decisions for review. Retrieval and memory-writing are assessed separately.
02 / YOUR KNOWLEDGEWhere does the knowledge live?
We review your document stores, systems and available exports. Together we choose the sources to include and whether updates will be manual or use an agreed connection.
03 / YOUR CONTROLSWho can see and change what?
We agree access boundaries, knowledge owners and approval responsibilities, then include those checks in the integration scope.
A clear answer before you commit.
Your scope separates connections we can support, work that needs a specific integration, and anything not included or not yet feasible. A planned connection is not presented as a working one.
Compatibility is confirmed for your selected tools and workflow—not assumed from a product logo or a generic “works with everything” claim.

MORE THAN UPLOADING DOCUMENTS
Turn “how things work around here”
into knowledge your agents can use.
We can work on site or remotely with your team to uncover the steps, exceptions and responsibilities that documents leave out. Together, we turn those into a connected, reviewable knowledge structure.
- 01 / MAPWalk through a real workflow. Identify the people, systems, rules and decisions involved.
- 02 / CONNECTLink the source material to the process, its owner and the situations where it applies.
- 03 / VALIDATEHave your team check the knowledge. Test what an authorised agent can retrieve and what needs human approval.
For example: a warehouse role connects to a site, its induction procedure, required training and the manager who signs it off. Your agent can reference that relationship—not just search for “onboarding”.
BUSINESS TEAMS
Less explaining. More relevant work.
Draft onboarding from the right site procedure. Find who owns an exception. Identify workflows that may need review when an ingested policy changes.
PRODUCT & DEVELOPMENT
Carry decisions into delivery.
Connect a product brief to architecture decisions, data-handling guidance and release checks. Let a development agent reference the approved context behind the feature.
SHARED MEMORY
Keep the decisions worth keeping.
Separate an agent’s proposed memory from approved knowledge. The intended workflow records the source and approval owner so another authorised agent can reuse the decision.
CLEAR BOUNDARIES
Context is not autopilot.
Your agents still do the work. Your team still reviews decisions. Ground Control does not guarantee correct outputs, enforce every policy or automatically monitor all external changes.
TRY THE INTERACTIVE WALKTHROUGHFollow a decision from first task to shared memory.↗
GROUND CONTROL / SETUP, SUBSCRIPTION & SUPPORT
ONE PLATFORM.
TWO WAYS IN.
Start with a scoped integration.
Then run it with your team, or with our support.
AVAILABLE NOW / SCOPED INTEGRATION
A defined engagement.
Built around your workflow.
Ground Control starts with an agreed integration scope. We confirm the sources, agent connections, responsibilities and commercial terms for your business. This is not an instant self-service signup.
The guided demo and technical console are illustrative examples, not live connections to customer systems. Self-managed and assisted options below describe how you can run the agreed solution; access and handover are arranged as part of the engagement.
AFTER YOU ENQUIRE
One workflow is enough to start.
- 01
Tell us what needs to work better.
Describe a task, where knowledge gets lost, or what your agents keep needing explained. If you know your tools and document stores, include their names. No technical brief required.
- 02
We check the fit together.
We review the sources, people, systems and agent connections involved. Together we choose a small proof of value and the checks that would make it useful.
- 03
Agree the scope before work begins.
You receive a defined scope covering deliverables, exclusions, timeline, responsibilities and costs. Implementation, platform access, third-party charges and optional support are separated.
An enquiry does not commit you to a project. Start directly with the workflow you want to support.

01 / SELF-CONFIGURED
Your team at the controls.
After the initial scoped integration, teams with the technical capability can organise their knowledge and configure supported connections themselves.
- You choose and organise the sources.
- You define relationships, owners and approval rules.
- You configure and maintain your agent connections.
Platform subscriptionOptional paid help when you need it.
02 / BUILD WITH SCALEBOUND
We map it with you.
For teams that know their business, but need help turning its processes and knowledge into an agent-ready graph.
- On-site or remote knowledge-mapping sessions.
- Agreed source ingestion, graph setup and integration work.
- Validation with your team, documentation and handover.
Scoped implementation + platform subscriptionOptional ongoing support after handover.
WHAT YOU PAY FOR
Platform and services, clearly separated.
SUBSCRIPTIONPlatform access.
Recurring access within agreed usage, storage, integration and service limits. It does not include ongoing human review of your business knowledge.
IMPLEMENTATION / IF NEEDEDA defined setup project.
A separately quoted scope for mapping, ingestion, configuration, connections and handover. Only the work you agree to.
OPTIONAL SUPPORTHelp on your terms.
Scoped changes or an ongoing retainer for agreed maintenance and improvements. Available with either setup option; not compulsory.
No published fixed price yet. Your quote separates the pilot or setup fee, recurring subscription, optional services and any third-party costs. We agree limits and responsibilities before rollout.
HOW KNOWLEDGE STAYS USEFUL
Choose how it is maintained.
REFERENCE KNOWLEDGECurate it yourself.
A stable set of policies, processes or guidelines, updated by your team when needed. As current as your last approved update.
CONNECTED KNOWLEDGEConfigure source updates.
Agreed pipelines bring in changes from supported sources. Coverage, sync frequency and review rules are configured—not automatic for every source.
MANAGED KNOWLEDGEBring in Scalebound.
An optional service to help maintain the graph, pipelines or configuration. Your business retains the final say on policy and approval decisions.
Your knowledge stays yours.
Your business data, policies and configuration remain yours. Platform access is by subscription; the software is not transferred as bespoke IP. Data export, hosting, access, retention and exit arrangements are agreed in scope.
START SMALL / PROVE THE FIT
What a scoped pilot should prove.
We agree the test and deliverables before starting. The aim is evidence that Ground Control is useful in one real workflow—not a large rollout based on a demo.
- A clear knowledge map. The selected sources, relationships, owners and gaps for the workflow.
- Relevant answers with references. Test questions show whether an authorised agent retrieves the right context.
- Access and review checks. Test the agreed boundaries and approval process; include cross-agent memory reuse where it is in scope.
- A next-step decision. Findings, remaining limitations and a recommendation to expand, adjust or stop.
Your pilot scope sets the success measures, deliverables, timeframe and price. Ongoing platform and support terms are agreed separately.

ANSWERS.
Which offering fits?+
Need direction and hands-on leadership? Choose Fractional CAIO / AI & GTM. Need tools built around your business? Explore Custom AI Agents & Apps. Need shared knowledge and memory for your agents? Explore Ground Control. Each works independently. If you are unsure, tell us what you want to change.
What does go-to-market support include?+
We can help clarify your target customers, positioning and offer, then improve the sales and marketing workflows that bring them to market. AI is used where it can help with research, content, handoffs or repeatable work. We agree priorities and measures with your team rather than promise a fixed revenue outcome.
Why fractional rather than a full-time hire?+
A Fractional Chief AI Officer gives you an experienced executive one to three days a week, without a full-time hire. Ninety days minimum, month to month after that. They can own AI direction, go-to-market priorities and leadership reporting while building your team's capability. When your team can run the plan, we hand over.
What is Ground Control, in one sentence?+
Ground Control is designed as a shared knowledge and memory service that your existing AI agents can reference for business context, relationships and approved decisions. It is not a replacement for your agents.
How is Ground Control packaged, and what do we own?+
Use a platform subscription and configure it with your own team, or add a separately scoped Scalebound implementation to map knowledge and set up connections. Optional support is available as scoped work or a retainer with either option. Your business data, policies and configuration remain yours; the platform is licensed, not transferred. See setup, subscription and support →
Are we too small, or too big?+
Fit depends on the problem and scope, not a headcount rule. We discuss the outcome, available people, systems and budget before recommending a fractional engagement, a custom agent or app build, or a Ground Control integration. A conversation with the team confirms which offering is useful for you.
Do you only work with software companies?+
No. We work across industries. The question is whether you have a real problem AI can move, not what sector you sit in.
